What do I get when I subscribe to a vault?
Each subscription for a vault is for one year and includes twenty GB of disk space with an unlimited number of users and no bandwidth restrictions.

How do I add users?
We ask new subscribers to identify one or more individuals who will serve as Administrators. Administrators have a unique administration area where they add users, define privileges, and assign usernames and passwords.
How does MyBrandVault protect my files once they are in the system?
MyBrandVault is hosted at a tier one company located in Dallas, Texas. We perform system backups weekly and send a URL link that contains the backup to each subscriber. We also offer a premium backup service which includes the shipment of CD/DVD media to your business address.
Does MyBrandVault works with the third party tools that I use?
Most organizations use many different tools when dealing with digital assets, so it's important that MyBrandVault work well with all of your tools. MyBrandVault archives original files without altering them. The files can be transferred to any 3rd party tool (Adobe, etc.) that can open the file type. MyBrandVault supports any file type including JPG, GIF, PNG, ZIP, Quicktime, Flash, AVI, MPEG, MP3, and many more.
How does MyBrandVault transfer files to the server?
MyBrandVault uses a powerful utility that enables the user to expose files on any network disk drive and to upload multiple files in a single step.
Do I have to buy any software?
No. MyBrandVault is service-focused on lowering the cost of managing digital assets and making the process of storing, sharing and securing your digital assets easy. All that is required to upload images and the attached metadata is Flash 8.0 or newer.
Are my Digital Assets secure?
Yes, files are stored on a secure server which is accessible via a user ID and password in a protected database and application.
What about backup and recovery?
Your files are backed up weekly to a separate server and an electronic link (url) is sent to you. We also offer premium back up services which include the delivery of your data to you each month on CD/DVD media.
