Our company creates architectural renderings from blueprints and we have hundreds of clients from all over the country.
Each job we do has its own set of files, including source files provided by our clients, preliminary review images, and the final deliverables. All files in the system must be accessible to both us and each client behind reliable security unique to each client.
The system automatically generates a thumbnail and a 'zoomed in' image every time we upload a rendering. Sometimes these shortcuts are all a client needs to approve an interim step in a project. The fact that this is built into the system saves me a lot of time. Of course, if the client needs to review the full size file, then they can download with one click.
The system I had been using prior to finding MyBrandVault was a groupware services package that forced me to pay for components that I did not need. On top of being somewhat cumbersome, it was difficult to administrate and also more expensive. My business requires pricing based on amount of memory in use - not the fee-per-user system that had burdened me before.

Nextteq, LLC serves the industrial hygiene, environmental, and safety needs of private industry and governments throughout the world. Our mission requires a consolidated marketing effort using print and other media. And like many companies, we are committed to maintaining and nourishing our brand. MyBrandVault is a great tool that supports both tasks.
Like most advertising agencies, print houses, and publishers, our agency uses Macs. Because our marketing department also uses Macs, we are able to have complete file sharing capability. We can work quickly with designers by modifying and transferring original files via the Vault; and printers and publishers can access and use these same files from the vault.
We also archive most of our marketing and branding assets on the vault. Just a couple of years ago, there were various files and file types with us, our agency, and several print houses. It was confusing, frustrating, and time-consuming to ensure the latest files were being used. We save enormous amounts of time, energy, and money with the Vault because we all have one place to look for the latest files. We also like the security of restricting access to companies based on need.

System Easily Accomdates Different Needs
Film Technologies Inc. manufactures solar control and safety/security window film that is sold around the world. We use MyBrandVault to distribute marketing material and technical product information to our distribution network consisting of several sub-distributors and thousands of dealers.
MyBrandVault's big selling point is that we can import documents into folders and then control who can see these folders. For example, we have marketing campaigns designed for the U.S. that are completely irrelevant to our international distribution chain. MyBrandVault allows us to share information with our U.S distributors and dealers without sharing this information with international partners and vise versa.
It was very easy to set up. Following a few planning sessions, we set up our file structure and it's worked great. Furthermore, it's very easy to use. Many or our distributors were already up and running before we had a chance to train them.
We looked at other systems to distribute our marketing materials downstream. We found them cumbersome and expensive. MyBrandVault is extremely competitive in both price and ease of use.
